Karim is the firstborn son of Kim and Farid Kamel. He was born in Sunset Valley, where he met his first wife, Lisa Bunch and also his second wife, Bella Bachelor. He then moved with his parents and sisters Myra and Layla to Hidden Springs, eventually moving to Twinrook, where he met his current wife Lolly Racket. Karim devotes himself to painting and sculpture. He is already a famous artist and his paintings can be found in all the art galleries in the different cities of the (sim) world.
From his three marriages, Karim had five children: Tanya, Anwar, Amin, Mona and Dennis.
