Kimberly Star and Farid Kamel met in Egypt and instantly fell in love. At the time Kim was living in Sunset Valley, where Farid traveled to to get married. They both lived there for a while and then, now with a family, they moved to live in Hidden Springs. They have been through a lot together since then. Kim travels the world collecting treasures and is a writer too. Farid has always been a merchant, but after moving to Hidden Springs he started his own garden and began selling his products in the supermarket. He now owns a large ranch, which Kim helps him manage when she's not busy with her books, paintings and sculptures. Kim and Farid had three children: Karim, Myra and Layla.
